1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the um155 platform.
• "Platform" or "um155" refers to the online betting and gaming website operated at https://um155.cam, including all related services, features, and content.
• "User", "Player", or "You" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the um155 platform.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, and related services provided by um155, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from your personal bank account or e-wallet into your um155 account balance.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your um155 account balance to your designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds, free spins, free bets, or other promotional offers provided by um155 to eligible users.
• "Wagering Requirements" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn as cash.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Residency Requirements

To register an account and use um155 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online gambling services is prohibited or restricted by law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an account on um155, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Create a unique username and secure password for your account.
• Verify your identity by submitting a valid Indonesian ID card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued identification as requested by um155.
• Maintain only one account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be closed, and any associated funds or bonuses may be forfeited.
• Not allow any third party to access or use your account.

2.3 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using um155 services:

• Individuals under the age of 21.
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or banned from um155 or any affiliated platform.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of um155, or their immediate family members.
• Individuals who have self-excluded from gambling activities.

3. Account Security & Verification

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your um155 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party.
• Notify um155 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

um155 is required to verify the identity of all users to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming regulations. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months).
• Proof of payment method (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number).
• Additional documentation as requested by um155 to verify your identity or source of funds.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or restrictions on withdrawals. um155 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.

3.3 Account Monitoring

um155 reserves the right to monitor user accounts for suspicious activity, including but not limited to:

• Multiple accounts created by the same individual.
• Unusual betting patterns or gaming behavior.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Suspected money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
• Violation of bonus terms or other promotional rules.

If um155 detects any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to suspend your account, request additional verification, or close your account in accordance with Section 10 (Account Suspension & Termination).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

um155 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. When making a deposit, you agree to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are processed instantly or within 15 minutes during banking hours. Off-hours deposits may take longer to process.
• um155 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming on the um155 platform. Deposits cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met (see Section 4.3).

4.2 Withdrawals

To withdraw funds from your um155 account, you must meet the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during business hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). Off-hours withdrawals are processed the next business day.
• um155 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank may charge receiving fees.
• um155 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, especially for large amounts or unusual activity.

4.3 Wagering Requirements on Deposits

To prevent money laundering and comply with regulatory requirements, all deposits must be wagered at least 1 time (1x) before they can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place at least Rp 500,000 in total bets before you can withdraw your balance. Bonus funds have separate wagering requirements as outlined in Section 5.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on um155 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate, and conversion fees may apply.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

um155 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. To be eligible for bonuses, you must:

• Be a registered and verified um155 user.
• Meet the specific eligibility criteria for each promotion (e.g., minimum deposit amount, qualifying bet types).
• Opt-in to the promotion where required.
• Not have previously claimed the same bonus under a different account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Typical wagering requirements are:

• Sports Betting Bonuses: 10x rollover (e.g., a Rp 100,000 bonus must be wagered 10 times = Rp 1,000,000 total bets).
• Casino Bonuses: 25x rollover (e.g., a Rp 100,000 bonus must be wagered 25 times = Rp 2,500,000 total bets).
• Free Spins: Winnings from free spins are subject to 30x rollover.

Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of bonus activation. Failure to meet wagering requirements within this period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Maximum bet limits may apply while wagering bonus funds (e.g., Rp 50,000 per bet).
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%).
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Bonus abuse, including exploiting system errors or using bonus funds solely for arbitrage, is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• um155 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets on um155, you agree to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement unless explicitly allowed by um155 (e.g., Cash Out feature).
• um155 reserves the right to void or cancel bets if an obvious error in odds or market information is detected.
• In the event of a technical error, server malfunction, or communication failure, um155 reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the betting slip.
• um155 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any user at its sole discretion.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting (including football on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other leagues), the following rules apply:

• All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets may be voided unless the match is replayed within 48 hours.
• Asian Handicap, Over/Under, and other specialized markets follow standard industry settlement rules.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds may change rapidly during live events.

6.3 Casino & Slot Rules

For live casino, slots, and other casino games on um155:

• All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes.
• Game rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, um155 will attempt to restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, the bet may be refunded.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain games (e.g., progressive jackpots).

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the um155 platform and may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Underage Gambling: Users under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering or using um155 services.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account per person.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, false identity information, or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Collusion: Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers, system errors, or promotional loopholes for financial gain.
• Money Laundering: Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without genuine betting activity.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassing other users or um155 staff, or using offensive language in live chat or other communication channels.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the um155 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of um155 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the um155 platform without express written permission.
• Use the um155 name, logo, or trademarks without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software or games on the um155 platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, um155 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the um155 platform or services.
• Technical errors, server downtime, or communication failures.
• Loss of funds due to user error, unauthorized account access, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Errors in odds, market information, or game outcomes caused by technical malfunction.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures.

um155 provides the platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension

um155 reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily if:

• Your account is under investigation for suspicious activity or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Additional verification or documentation is required.
• You request a self-exclusion or cooling-off period under our Responsible Gaming policy.

10.2 Termination by um155

um155 may terminate your account and withhold any remaining balance if:

• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• You have created multiple accounts or violated the one-account-per-person rule.
• You have engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or other prohibited activities.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You have breached any material term of these Terms & Conditions.

10.3 Termination by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting um155 customer support. Before closing your account, you must:

• Withdraw all remaining funds from your account balance.
• Cancel any active bonuses or promotions.
• Settle any outstanding bets or disputes.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which um155 is licensed to operate. By using the um155 platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Continued use of the um155 platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
